Amazing company. In a quick time got a very detailed quote with pictures of the issues they discovered! Excellent customer service including following up. Discoverer them about 2 years ago for attic insulation needs. I was already expecting them to say it is low, which it was for a 50 year old house. Brett with Crawlspace Remediation was very professional, friendly, nice and knew what he was doing! He took photos of all my ceiling registers that I have concerns with water damage. I highly recommend this company for possible mold concerns and have them come out to do a tape test (in my case) and a professional inspection! They will send the tape test off to a third party for final results! Thank you so much for your company!!!
We hired Crawlspace Remediation to fix up some minor foundation cracks and a very gross crawlspace that needed complete renovation (insulation/debris removal, mold spray, encapsulation, etc).
Our experience has been phenomenal from start to finish. Their branch manager, Meriann, is incredibly professional and got us on the schedule right away. They didn't even charge us a traveling fee for being in Benton County (which a couple of contractors have done to us so far). She sent all the billing promptly, and sending payments was simple. Personal checks are going out of style and having the option for an e-check was a huge perk for someone who prefers electronic transactions.
Matt came out to do our inspection. He was on time, courteous, and answered all of our naïve questions with incredible patience. We are very new to all of this as first-time home owners, and he explained everything to us without making us feel like idiots (even though some of our questions probably would have deserved it).
The two guys who did the work showed up exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. They were both very polite and respectful of our house. I left a key for them for the rest of the week (it was a 4-day job) and we didn't have any issues.
Matt returned the day after to inspect all their work and make sure it was up to their standards. He fielded more questions from us and listened to all our concerns. They even pointed out some other small issues they found while working in the crawlspace, and Matt came back out to fix it up for a very fair price. Not only that, he decided to completely redo the tucking on the exterior of our foundation because he thought it could be better. We were shocked he would go out of his way to do something we didn't even ask him to do.
Seriously, these guys care so much about the quality of their work, and they will stand by it. They even offered to fix anything that goes wrong without any labor fees. They've been so wonderful that I'm worried they've set the bar too high for any future contractors we have to hire.

My crawl space was a mess. I hired Crawlspace remediation for the works. They removed old insulation, treated mold, insulated block walls, installed a sump pump, trenched drains, and encapsulated the entire crawl space in thick plastic.
Now, my crawl space is immaculate. It's much more appealing to go down there for routine maintenance, since I don't come out covered in mud. I can actually see all of my plumbing and electrical. It makes it much easier to spot plumbing leaks. More importantly, it is clean. Mold is gone, and it stays dry. I don't have to worry about my floors rotting out any longer, or what the mold is doing to the health of my family.
They completed the job in a timely manner, exactly as we agreed on in the estimate. Their prices were reasonable. They stayed busy the entire time they were here, with very minimal disruption to the household. Additionally, I pointed out a small issue with billing, and they went above and beyond to make things right.
I highly recommend Crawlspace Remediation. They do good work!
I am beyond impressed with the work Crawlspace Remediation has done for me. Mike was very informative with his initial estimate. I had mold, sagging floors and just an overall smelly crawlspace. When it was time for the work to be done, Meriann at the office was very prompt and helpful in getting the appointment set up! (Thank you Meriann!!) When the work started, Justin and Steven were fast, efficient and very professional. They kept me informed during the process and did a WONDERFUL job!!! I appreciate all of you and the work that you do!!
Everyone at Crawlspace Remediation LLC, and I mean everyone from Meriann to all of the guys that worked on my mother in law's home, I want to say thank you and a job well done!! Everyone was professional and courteous and even when the weather was very cold, they still came out and did a complete crawlspace encapsulation. The crawlspace is so much warmer and drier now...I am truly amazed! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any crawlspace work!! Thanks again to all of you!!
RCS crew took care of our radon concerns. We went from 29 pCi to 0.5 after they installed the needed ductwork and fan to eliminate this gas from our basement. The workers were polite, efficient, communicative, and thorough. The cost for their services was within the range we were expecting and appropriate for the quality of their work and for the results we're seeing!
Had a very good experience with "Radon Control Services". Mike was super polite and walked me through what he would be doing and what is included with the install of the radon remediation system. They were the only quote that I got that had an alarm included in their install that would alarm if something happened to the system and it wasn't pulling air. Very important, being that most people would forget about visually checking the system every month. Would recommend to anyone who asked.
