Crawlspace Structural Repairs

Restore Strength & Stability Beneath Your Home

Moisture doesn’t just make a crawlspace damp; over time, it weakens the very structure of your home. Rotting sill plates, sagging joists, or failing beams can leave floors uneven, doors sticking, and homeowners worried about safety.

At Cut ‘N Dry Waterproofing, we specialize in repairing and reinforcing damaged crawlspaces so your home stands strong for years to come.

Why Crawlspace Repairs Matter

Your crawlspace isn’t just empty space under your floor. Its foundation supports the stability of your home. If the wood down there gets damp, it can rot, get weak, or attract pests. This can put your whole house at risk. Even small crawlspace issues can grow into bigger problems if you don’t take care of them.

Fixing problems early helps keep your home stable, protects your investment, and makes your living space safer and healthier.

Go Beyond Repairs with Cleaner Air

Strengthening your crawlspace is the first step, but protecting the air your family breathes takes your home’s safety even further. That’s why many Indiana homeowners add our CIMR (Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction) technology after structural repairs.

CIMR actively reduces mold spores, bacteria, and allergens by releasing safe hydrogen peroxide molecules throughout your home. Unlike standard UV systems that only work at the bulb, CIMR circulates protection into every corner, creating cleaner, fresher air for your family.

Real Stories from Indiana Homeowners

Real Stories from Indiana Homeowners

Strength Restored, Expectations Exceeded

When Alicia and her family discovered cracks in their foundation and realized just how neglected their crawlspace had become, they felt overwhelmed and unsure where to start. It was clear this wasn’t a job for a quick patch; what they really needed was someone to clear out years-old insulation, shore up the structure, tackle the mold, and give the space a real transformation.

From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, our team made sure Alicia and her family always knew what was happening next and why. We showed up when we said we would, worked quickly but carefully, and treated their home as if it were our own. Even after the big jobs were finished, we came back to double-check the details and answer any questions, making sure everything was just right.

“Our experience has been phenomenal from start to finish… Matt returned the day after to inspect all their work and make sure it was up to their standards. He fielded more questions from us and listened to all our concerns…Seriously, these guys care so much about the quality of their work, and they will stand by it…They truly care about the quality of their work and stand by it.”

~ Alicia K., Google Review

For Alicia, the transformation went beyond what she could see in the crawlspace. What really mattered was the peace of mind – knowing that everything under her family’s home was finally safe and sound.

Stories like Alicia’s show why families across Central Indiana trust Cut ‘N Dry Waterproofing. Every repair strengthens foundations, restores peace of mind, and helps families feel safe in their homes again.

Here’s what other homeowners had to say

Breanna Chandler

We have been very pleased with the work that Crawlspace Remediation did fixing our crawlspace area. We consulted two companies and ended up going with Crawlspace Remediation. Matt had come out and did the inspection on our space and walked me through step by step what needed to be down and actually was very honest with the work. I told him what the other company had also said and their price point (which was over double what Matt quoted me) and he was honest about what he would do differently and the reason why. The crew took 8 days to do the work. In the beginning, we had some communication issues, but I was quick to email Matt to let him know about it and the few things I was frustrated on. He called me that same day. I was unable to answer so I called him back the next day and we talked over all of my concerns and he made sure to meet with his crew to make sure my concerns were addressed and fixed. I also sent pictures of one area that I was not happy with the work on and Matt was also very upset over how the guys did it and he is making sure it fixed properly and professionally. He was very apologetic and thankful that I was allowing him to make the issue correct. I have been very pleased with him and I will definitely use him again for any crawlspace issues and I highly recommend him and his company.

Amazing company. In a quick time got a very detailed quote with pictures of the issues they discovered! Excellent customer service including following up. Discoverer them about 2 years ago for attic insulation needs. I was already expecting them to say it is low, which it was for a 50 year old house. They brought me up to the correct R rating and have saved $$ on heating/cooling. Thanks Sam and your team

As a property manager, I've been using Crawlspace Remediation for years and am very pleased with the crew and work performed. I know I can trust them to report any repairs needed and they are very reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Great company! Sal came out to do the evaluation, he was very thorough about what was needed and how the company would go about performing the work. He provided a quote for the services, which was much more affordable than other companies we had come out. However, this was not reflected in the quality of workmanship, which was fantastic! Brianna handled the scheduling. She was very kind and accommodating to our schedule. Nick (who is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about his craft), and the crew showed on time every day of the project and started by explaining their goal of what they expected to complete each day. At the end of each day, he reported on what they had accomplished. I must say they completed said goals, regardless of how long they needed to stay. When the project was finished, Sal came back for a closing appointment to answer any questions we had and ensure our satisfaction. Extremely transparent from start to finish. As a side note, we are already starting to see the benefit from our investment with Crawlspace Remediations as our furnace does not come on as often nor run as long as it did prior to, and outside temperatures are much colder now. Thank you, Sal, Brianna, Nick and the entire team at Crawlspace Remediations, we would highly recommend!!
