Standing water around your foundation is more than a nuisance.

It’s one of the biggest threats to your home’s stability. When drainage fails, water seeps into basements and crawlspaces, increases hydrostatic pressure on foundation walls, and sets the stage for mold, rot, and costly repairs.

At Drainage Control by Cut ‘N Dry Waterproofing, we design systems that move water away from your home efficiently and reliably, giving you peace of mind in Indiana’s wettest seasons.

Drainage Control

Keep Water Moving. Keep Homes Dry.

Why Drainage Matters

In Central Indiana, many homes sit on dense, moisture-holding soil left by glaciers. After heavy rain, water drains slowly and collects near the foundation. This can put extra pressure on your home, leading to leaks, shifting walls, or moisture problems in crawlspaces.
Over time, if your yard slopes the wrong way, downspouts get clogged, or your drainage system is undersized, water can start to pool right against your home.

Good drainage helps you:

We inspect your entire property, including roof runoff, grading, soil, and how water is directed away from your home. Then, we create a plan that works well with waterproofing and sump systems to keep your home protected for years to come.

The Crawlspace & Basement Connection

Your foundation, basement, and crawlspace all work together as a single system. Water at the surface can put pressure on your walls, moisture in the crawlspace can move into the framing, and shifting soil can cause doors to stick or floors to slope. That’s why we look at your entire home and create repairs that work with waterproofing and drainage, so you get lasting results.

Drainage that Transformed a Crawlspace

When a broken discharge line allowed water to pool near Jennifer’s house, the issue was more than a cosmetic concern; it posed a threat to the foundation.

Jennifer made the call, and the crew showed up early. They explained the problem clearly.

“Promptly addressed a pipe break we had leading the water away from the house. The crew arrived early and were very clear in explaining the issue and fixed it immediately! Strongly recommend this local business.”

~ Jennifer DeBoer, Google Review

Drainage problems won’t go away on their own. Fixing flowing water early, whether it’s a broken pipe, poor grading, or an overloaded system, helps prevent serious damage down the road.

Sometimes the most important repairs are the ones that keep water out before it becomes a problem inside.

Great company. Came out and did a free, very thorough inspection. And we have a pretty LARGE place. They sent us a very detailed quote for the two issues that were discovered in our residence. They also sent us the pictures they had taken during their inspection. Great friendly people to work with!

I had a mold and water problem in my crawlspace at work and Called Sam Goode with Crawlspace Remediation, LLC. Sam took photos, explained the issues and gave me an estimate within a day. Upon hiring Sam and his crew, I found that they were professional, clean and obviously knew what they were doing. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

My crawl space was a mess. I hired Crawlspace remediation for the works. They removed old insulation, treated mold, insulated block walls, installed a sump pump, trenched drains, and encapsulated the entire crawl space in thick plastic. Now, my crawl space is immaculate. It's much more appealing to go down there for routine maintenance, since I don't come out covered in mud. I can actually see all of my plumbing and electrical. It makes it much easier to spot plumbing leaks. More importantly, it is clean. Mold is gone, and it stays dry. I don't have to worry about my floors rotting out any longer, or what the mold is doing to the health of my family. They completed the job in a timely manner, exactly as we agreed on in the estimate. Their prices were reasonable. They stayed busy the entire time they were here, with very minimal disruption to the household. Additionally, I pointed out a small issue with billing, and they went above and beyond to make things right.

Note: Some reviews mention our former names, Crawlspace Remediation and Radon Control Services. Both are now part of the Cut ’N Dry Waterproofing family of services.
